Lima . Fixings:

- 5 chicken prey
- ½ kg of potatoes peeled and cut into vast blocks

- 1 cucahrada of yellow bean stew

- 2 tablespoons of salt

- 1 teaspoon of ajino-moto (monosodium glutamate)

- 1 teaspoon pepper

- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 1 teaspoon ground oregano

- 1 stream of oil

- ½ glass chicken juices or half container water and ¼ container vinegar (discretionary).

Begin by setting up the prepared chicken. Pour pepper, cumin and ajinomoto salt. At that point, put the pot to warm and pour a stream of oil.Once you see the hot oil, include the chicken and simply take it out. At that point you seal it.
