Note:

Reserving rates in this online booking facility only cover the conventional room occupancy as follows:

-              Family Room Rate is good for up to 4 guests. Visitors in excess of 4 is susceptible to a surcharge (maximum occupancy is upward to 8 guests).

-              Double Room Rate is good for up to 2 guests. Guests in extra of 2 is susceptible to a surcharge (maximum guests is up to 4 guests).

-              Good Room Rate is good for upwards to 2 guests. Zero additional guests can be accommodated in this room.

Email Reserving Process

1. Send us all an email for your booking request. For more rapidly processing please provide all of us with these information:

2 . not We will confirm room availability and send you a quote for your stay including the addons.

3. Confirm to all of us that you accept the charges for the room and add-ons (if applicable) and invest in pay the down payment. We can not block off the room until we get definite advice from you that you will book the area.

4. We will send you a Reserving Statement with payment instructions and conditionally block off the room dates which you have chosen for 3 days or until we receive your deposit, whichever comes first.

5. You need to make at least a 50% deposit by the payment option date as specified in the Reserving Statement

6. Email a copy of the deposit slip to info@solysombraboracay. com with SUBJECT: Payment for [Name of Guest]

7. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a Payment and Booking Confirmation Notice and your booking is finished.

8. If no repayment is received by the payment option date, your booking will be released for sale.

Email Booking Verification and Payment Terms:

one We require a down payment of at minimum 50% to finalize a room booking confirmation.

2. If payment has been made through our bank, please email us a copy of your deposit slip to: info@solysombraboracay. com.

3. Motel Transfer requests when appropriate, must be paid in full along with the downpayment.

4. Any payment balance still due must be settled upon check-in.

5. Down payments are non-refundable.

6. Rebookings are certainly not generally allowed but should be let in on a case to case basis and only if it requested four weeks prior to the day of check in, subject to availability.

7. Cancellations are strictly non-refundable.

Airport Exchanges

We all can assist you with your airport transfer bookings. Our fees are as follows:

From Kalibo:

Round Trip - PhP 1, 550. 00 per head

One Way - PhP 775. 00 per person

Through Caticlan:

Round Trip - PhP 1, 350. 00 per head

One Way - PhP 675. 00 per person

We can also assist you with private transfers bookings. Charges will vary depending on your requirements.

Airport Transfers Terms and Conditions:

All fees will be covered for the duration of the transfer including the airport terminal and environmental fees recharged at the Boracay Interface. This transfer is provided by a 3rd party provider which Sol y Sombra Boracay Hotel books on your behalf. This exchange service is neither private nor exclusive. You may be ferried together with other people who have also acquired this service.

We need to learn in writing of your flight details at the very least a day before the flight (and any subsequent changes thereof) to ensure that your transfer can ferry you to your flight promptly. We make transfer preparations based on the airline flight details you provide us all. Inaccurate data may lead to missed flight, therefore please make sure the data you provide is correct and updated.

We made certain that our transfer supplier is duly qualified to move our guests safely, easily and on time, however since the service is self-employed of our hotel operations, we cannot assume responsibility for the transfer service delivery. By accepting this service you agree that Encanto y Sombra Boracay Hotel will be deemed free of any liability where exchange services are involved.
